Main functions
- Manage sickness absence and time/attendance systems
- Produce monthly reports for Finance, QHSE, Group and update employee records
- Main contact for Occupational Health and issue staff cards
- Support employee relations and recruitment administration
- Onboard new staff and manage required documentation
- Produce contracts and process leaver documentation
- Assist with travel arrangements, minute taking, and accounting
- Support Payroll Officer and backup for pensions and payroll
- Comply with GDPR and assist with ISO standards development
- Conduct health risk assessments and identify compliance risks
- Understand and support safety and quality systems
- Update organizational information and report regularly
Quality-, environment- and security management
- Report any safety standard deviations to Superior
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Support co-workers and management, contribute to policy fulfillment, and promote continuous development
How you will contribute
- Basic commercial or business administration education with further training in the field of human resources (e.g. HR specialist)
- Working knowledge of management system (ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001)
- Experience working in a Quality/HSE discipline in a production/service environment preferably in a management role prefered
- Proactive, independent and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service awareness
- Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for working with different people
- Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English
