HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Cross-location project management for sales projects in the Service division
- Collaborate closely with the vehicle sales team on tenders involving the purchase of vehicles and their long-term maintenance.
- Responsible for the preparation of customer tenders (in particular coordination of tender team & work packages, tender & time planning, progress checks, quality assurance of tender documents)
- Analyse the contract terms required by the customer. Recognising the associated risks and proposing solutions to mitigate the risks by adapting the contractual conditions
- Interface management with various departments and locations of the Group
- Preparation and active participation in sales meetings with management
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Completed higher technical education, ideally with further training in business administration
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as very good MS Office knowledge
- Professional experience in industry, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
- Experience in sales or quotation management of technically demanding products
- Winning personality, independent, decisive and responsible
- High flexibility in terms of operational readiness, especially during the bidding period
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel approx. 10%
