HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Oversee activities and inspections carried out by the service facility on railway vehicles,
  • Maintain customer contact regarding operations and complaints,
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the service system by service employees,
  • Monitor KPI compliance, including controlled vehicle downtime during complaint handling,
  • Initiating and maintaining dialogue with suppliers regarding expected solutions, identified issues, open points, and warranty claims,
  • Supervise ECM and service documentation.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Fluent English (required); Finnish is a plus,
  • Ability to work with technical documentation (drawings, electrical diagrams),
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills,
  • Proven leadership experience,
  • Completed technical education, e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or similar qualification,
  • Customer-focused mindset, clear communication, and ability to build trust.
