HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the CEO of Denmark and employees
- Manage and implement all HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Support and develop employees and contribute to talent and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance management and annual compensation review processes
Labor Law & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor law and organizational standards
- Act as a sparring partner for managers on people-related decisions
- Manage labor law-related topics and support conflict resolution
HR Operations & Administration
- Own HR administration, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain and continuously improve HR processes, policies
- Support audits and ensure data quality
Payroll & Processes
- Prepare and validate payroll data for the external payroll provider
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processes
Projects & Transformation
- Contribute to HR projects and change initiatives
- Support the implementation and further development of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Comfortable working in administrative and operational HR within an international, fast-paced environment
- Ideally first experience in payroll preparation
- Solid understanding of Danish labor law
- Danish (native level), English (fluent), German is a plus
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to work independently
- Structured and reliable working style
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the different company locations
