Your tasks

Key Activities
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reducing costs and improving service levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms
• Analyze supply chain data and performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
• Oversee the planning and execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Implement best practices in warehousing, including inventory tracking, storage optimization, and order fulfilment
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, supply chain analysts, and warehouse staff

Your profile

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex supply chain data
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and logistics management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
