Location Manager (m/w)

What can you expect from your work?
  • You are responsible for the operational management and (financial) results of the workshop in Hengelo
  • You directly and indirectly manage a group of approximately 10 employees;
  • You draw up an operational/production plan and implement it, whereby you are responsible for an optimal deployment of people and resources;
  • You see it as a challenge to structure business processes on location;
  • You are the direct discussion partner of our customers, carriers and you advise on approach, implementation and costs;
  • You manage the contract with our customers;
  • You are continuously looking for improvements and you effectively capitalize on opportunities for further optimizations;
  • You interpret management information and steer on the annual determined KPIs;
  • You are a member of the Management Team of Stadler Service Nederland B.V.
What do you bring?
  • You have at least a bachelor degree and basic technical knowledge, supplemented with practical experiences;
  • You have 10-15 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • You have experience in managing contracts;
  • You can think conceptually and are systematic;
  • You are successful in recognizing and solving problems;
  • You are a team builder and genuinely involved with the employees;
  • You have an eye for details without losing the total overview;
  • You are pragmatic and have a hands-on mentality;
  • You keep the organization "in control"
