Your tasks

The Project Manager Product Assurance takes responsibility that the project is meeting its goals within requirements, quality and trainset documentation.

As a Project Manager Product Assurance, you have the following accountabilities and mandates:

  • Manage the Product Assurance teams for homologation, V&V, Quality Assurance, Configuration & Change Management and Hold Point Inspections
  • Responsible to execute the Product Assurance within schedule, scope and budget
  • Plans and executes the Milestone / Hold Point Inspections with the customer
  • Ensure Cross-Functional collaboration ensuring the other project functions do their part to contribute to product assurance, such as in Configuration & Change Management or V&V
  • Establishing efficient and accurate procedures and tools for Configuration & Change Management and Verification & Validation within the project
  • Represents the function within the Project Core Team and should also work in close cooperation with the other Project Core Team members to ensure full coordination
  • Ensures an efficient root cause analysis process, to eliminate quality deviations (1st time right aim/ approach)

Your profile

  • Higher education and experience of at least 5 years leadership in complex industrial projects, ideally in the railway industry
  • Leadership experience in project environments in similar positions
  • Business-Fluency in English and Swedish mandatory, additional languages preferred
  • Experience and competence in demanding customer interaction to drive approval and successful inspection results
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for solutions
  • Proactive mindset to plan ahead and avoid problems before they occur
  • Flexible and well structured, yet able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel, working out of Tillberga / Västerås
