How you can make an impact

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives) across multiple teams and projects.
  • Support the System Engineer in defining requirements and collaborate with the Tech Lead and Team Lead to align technical implementation with business priorities.
  • Identify and resolve any impediments that hinder the team's progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation of Agile processes.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time while maintaining alignment with broader product goals.
  • Guide the teams in developing an Agile mindset, fostering transparency, self-organization, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the evolution and development of team processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

How you will contribute

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Certifications in Scrum or Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, DASM) are a plus
  • Experience in software development environments is preferred
