How you can make an impact
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives) across multiple teams and projects.
Support the System Engineer in defining requirements and collaborate with the Tech Lead and Team Lead to align technical implementation with business priorities.
Identify and resolve any impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation of Agile processes.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time while maintaining alignment with broader product goals.
Guide the teams in developing an Agile mindset, fostering transparency, self-organization, and accountability.
Contribute to the evolution and development of team processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
How you will contribute
Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
Leadership and mentoring skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence
Excellent communication skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Certifications in Scrum or Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, DASM) are a plus
Experience in software development environments is preferred
