Your tasks

  • Perform landscaping related tasks such as garbage removal, sprinkler repair and snow/ice remediation
  • Perform building maintenance and beautification related tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and cleaning
  • Word-order specialty projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safe work practices and OSHA reporting
  • Observe regulations concerning environment protection and preservation

Your profile

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in maintenance management role or equivalent field
  • Automotive maintenance and diagnostic experience
  • Mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members
  • Safe and proper utilization, maintenance, and calibration of hand tools or powered equipment
  • Great time management, organization, delegation, prioritization abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
