Role Overview:

The Commercial Business Partner (Sales) plays a key role in supporting tenders and contracts by working closely with the Senior Sales Manager on bids, reviewing contract terms, and providing commercial insights. You'll contribute to successful bid preparation, assist with commercial projects for existing contracts, and represent Stadler confidently with customers-building trust and promoting our value proposition.

Main Tasks:

Organisational:
• Support the Sales Team in preparing bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with rail industry standards.
• Review contract terms to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align commercial proposals with project specifications.
• Provide commercial insights during tenders and manage contractual risks.
• Assist with commercial projects for existing contracts and governance processes.
• Represent Stadler confidently with customers and stakeholders, promoting our value proposition.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to support strategic decisions.

Personnel:
• Strong commercial acumen and bid experience, preferably within service-based agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with commercial contracts and understanding contract terms.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer interaction skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
• Proficient in MS Excel for sales reporting and contract analysis.
• Ability to represent and promote the Stadler brand effectively.
