HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Define detailed PSOC (Product Security Operation Center) requirements based on customer and business needs
- Processing and classifying cybersecurity events and developing solutions together with the customer
- Engage with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to assess and evaluate cybersecurity events
- Contribute to the creation of proposal documents involving the PSOC
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources to identify potential threats and conduct regular audits and security assessments
- Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices
- Support the Senior Project Leader Cybersecurity in building and maintaining the PSOC, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cybersecurity experts
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve PSOC operations
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Completed training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the railway business
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as IEC62443, NIS2, IEC63452 and EN50701, is essential. Familiarity with legal frameworks like CRA is also required
- Understanding of the differences between events, incidents, vulnerabilities, weaknesses, exploits, hacks, and attacks
- Experience with SIEM systems and familiarity with playbooks
- Proven team player with the ability to work closely with colleagues and beyond
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
- You have a strong customer focus and are solution-orientated
- Very good knowledge of German and English
