How you can make an impact
Lead SAP S/4 HANA rollout projects for service locations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines
Manage end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring seamless transfer of master and transactional data from legacy systems
Define and implement data quality standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity during rollouts
Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, from system setup to data migration completion
Ensure documentation of rollout processes, data migration strategies, and post-migration support plans
How you will contribute
Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Logical and analytical thinking
Several years of working experience in SAP rollout projects, ideally with a focus on data migration activities
Experience in Project Management, certification is favorable
Team-player and customer oriented personality
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English & German
About Stadler Service
The Data & Digital Services department within Division Service consists of approximately 30 employees across multiple countries, which are organized in five sub-teams, one focusing on our current EAM maintenance system and the second focusing on managing the roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA. The additional teams are setting up system-independent minimum process standards, defining and implementing Data Management in the division and managing the further development of the Digital Solutions portfolio.
