HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Commissioning and technical support of ETCS system and signalling systems on rail vehicles
- Providing customer support throughout the warranty and operational phases
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues using ETCS logs, JRU data, and vehicle diagnostic tools
- Preparing technical reports, test records, and documentation
- Delivering remote support and performing on-site technical interventions at customer locations
- Planning and executing commissioning activities, system tests, and training sessions
- Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams in both national and international environments
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or in a comparable field
- Further education at Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) level is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in commissioning, service engineering, or the integration of technical systems within the railway industry
- Knowledge of ETCS system, Train Control and Management Systems or railway signalling systems is an asset
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach, combined with a high level of commitment and flexibility
- Enjoy working in a technically challenging and international environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% within Switzerland and across Europe
- Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
