Responsible for on-time and within budget completion of projects
Leading of an ATP Team up to 10-12 integration specialists
Planning and management of internal engineering activities and resources
Coordinate, communicate and organize meetings to ensure that projects deadlines and budgets are met
Quality assurance of the engineering documents
Interface with Business Development to manage the upcoming tenders related to ATP in Stadler
Responsibility for the ATP technical concepts, specifications, type tests, documentation and training for different projects
Implementation of the customer's specifications in compliance with the standards, regulations and national requirements for different projects
Communication with customer, notified bodies and national safety agencies
Technical background as a Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer ETH/TU or FH, or similar
Leadership experience in the management of complex engineering teams
Experience in project management and requirements management
Ideally several years of professional experience in the rail industry, with experience in the development, integration and certification of ATP systems
Knowledge about latest European law regarding ETCS (TSI CCS)
Goal-oriented, structured, entrepreneurial, dynamic, high stress resistant and loyal personality
Very good knowledge of German and English
