- Lead the Software Testing Team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
- Define and maintain Test Strategy in compliance with relevant norms and align with external assessors
- Ensure test activities and documentation meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate closely with system engineering, development and safety experts
- Drive improvements in processes, test automation and tools
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven leadership experience as line or project manager
- Strong background in planning, estimation and resource management
- Experience in software testing or system validation for embedded systems, ideally in safety-critical environments
- Knowledge of defining test strategies and documenting test activities and results
- Familiarity with regulated environments; understanding of EN 50128, EN 50716 or IEC 61508 is a plus
