HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Creation and management of RAMS documents for project execution acc. EN 50126 / EN 50129 (RAMS Plan, RAM Report, Hazard Log, Safety Case)
  • Execution of risk assessment of CCS (ETCS and national ATP) subsystems (acc. CSM-RA)
  • Analysis and support of architecture and design of CCS integration to ensure compliance to applicable RAMS targets
  • Monitor and support in the activities of analysis of field RAM data.
  • Work closely with the suppliers and overall Vehicle to ensure effective collaboration on RAMS related matters.
  • Support/lead the management and continuous improvement of RAMS processes and methods

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Degree (BSc, MSc) in electrical/mechanical engineering or similar educational background
  • Experience in RAMS activities (Hazard ID, risk assessment, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RAM/LCC,) with preference for RAM experience
  • Experience in the application of functional safety standards (e.g. EN 50126/8/9, IEC 61508, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience in the railway signaling area is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of ITEM Toolkit or Isograph Reliability Workbench Tool is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and proactive personality with a high willingness to learn
  • High motivation to analyze high complexity safety critical systems and solve demanding challenges
