Support the CEO of Stadler Signalling by creating business analyses and management presentations to communicate to the Group Board level, developing strategic concepts, preparing board meetings
Support in focus topics of the management and commercial operations
Grow to lead strategic projects for the company
Facilitate the collaboration with the other Stadler entities globally
Establish process improvements and support the organizational development of the company
Preparation and supporting of meetings and workshops on management level
Finished studies (ETH/TU/FH or comparable) in business or with a business interest
Relevant work experience (< 5 years) in a commercial/strategic position in the industry or management/strategy consulting, with technical interest
Willingness to support in all operative topics where needed, "hands-on" mentality
Strong analytical skills, combined with an independent way of working
Proactive, determined and flexible personality willing to learn
Fluent in German and English; further languages are an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS office, in particular MS Excel and Powerpoint
