HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own and continuously improve configuration management processes across the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM)
- Administer and evolve ELM projects, focus on Doors Next (ERM), access management, and Global Configuration (GC)
- Coordination across all the support levels (1st/2nd/3rd) and to IBM support.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT stakeholders to align ELM tooling with business processes and project needs
- Support and enable development teams through guidance, training, and knowledge sharing on effective use of ELM tools
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Hands-on experience with ideally the IBM ELM Jazz tool landscape
- Solid experience in Configuration Management, preferably in a safety-critical or engineering-driven environment
- Good understanding of requirements management and system development processes (e.g., V-model)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
