Key Activities
• Assist the Procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the organization
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, schedule deliveries, Purchase Order Management
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Other tasks as needed
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
• Current junior or senior at a 4-year accredited college/university, or recent graduate with a 4-year degree• Strong working knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking, skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal and business writing)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
